- Propsearch describes Rockland Square as a building under development, and its guide lists it as under development (Cancelled). Freehold Solutions lists it as cancelled with 0% completion. No page describes a finished, occupied tower.
- Freehold Solutions gives a planned construction start of 19 June 2025 although the project was registered in 2008. The material does not explain this gap.
