Read on 11 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. The developer's own page (4) shows a 20/44/36 plan with 36% paid after handover, while broker and aggregator pages (1, 2, 3) show 20/30/50 with the balance due at handover, so confirm the current plan with the developer before booking.
Resale and off-plan prices by bedroom
