- Completion: Binayah says Q3 2027, Propsearch's timeline says October 2027, the Propsearch overview, Green City and Augusta say Q4 2027, and the Continental Club search results gives 31 December 2027.
- Handover: the older Augusta page shows a planned handover of 1 September 2026, while other pages say Q4 2027 and that page also marks the project sold out.
- Price from: AED 625,000 (Binayah), AED 729,786 (Augusta, in.ae), AED 929,786 (DRN search results), AED 1.11M (older Augusta page).
- Payment plan: 50/50 with 10% down (Binayah), 20/30/50 (Augusta, DRN search results), 44/56 (in.ae search results), 20/24/6/50 (older Augusta page).
- Pool: an infinity pool (Augusta), pools for adults and children (Green City) and an indoor pool (older Augusta page).
- Amenities: Binayah and the older Augusta page list a spa, mosque, concierge, retail and wellness facilities that do not appear in the other guides, so they look generic.
