- Status: Aigents Realty says off-plan with handover to be announced, while Propsearch (complete, built 2018 to 2020) and Squareyards (ready to move) say the building is finished. Registered sales and rentals also show it is occupied.
- Developer: Aigents Realty and fäm Properties say Nakheel, which is unconfirmed. Squareyards gives no builder and Propsearch names no developer. Both Nakheel pages show a 2000 launch date, which does not fit a 2018 to 2020 build.
