- Completion: Property Index lists Tower A as 'Completed' (peer table), and ERE Homes says Completed, but a Driven Commercial search results shows 'Completion 2027' for a Tower A listing.
- Developer name: Property Index says PRESCOTT ENTERPRISES LTD, ERE Homes says Prescott Developers.
- McCone says the register does not name Tower A on enough contracts to quote it alone, yet shows 2 Tower A offices at AED 225,000 and AED 300,000 a year; ERE Homes lists the 1,805 sqft office at AED 325,000 a year.
- The McCone page excludes offices from its Ejari figures, so its community rent medians do not apply to this office tower.
- The Engel & Völkers search results says the 1,457 sqft office is Vacant / Unfurnished and Fully Fitted; McCone says the 1,454 sqft unit is Fitted & Furnished.
