- Payment plan: OffplanCompare and Augusta Properties say 20/60/20 (per search results) says 80/20, and Propsearch's community page says 60/40. Another site says the plan is not yet revealed.
- Project stage: a Propsearch search results dated 18 Jan 2026 says planning stage with construction not started. OffplanCompare says construction started 2 Mar 2026 (~25% estimated). Propsearch's own page lists first trace Jan 2026.
- Price: Augusta Properties gives a 4-bed villa from AED 3,200,000, while one agent listing shows a 4-bed at AED 14,000,000. Another site says price is on request. Treat all prices as unverified.
- Unit mix: OffplanCompare and Augusta Properties both say 4 and 5-bedroom villas. Propsearch says the community has townhouses as well, but not for Phase 12.
