Status on the SkyscraperCity forum: on hold, 20 floors. Last post in the thread: 13 Jul 2026. A low-angle view up the tower shows a rendered, balconied facade with glazed vertical strips above a louvred podium, with an unfinished building and a crane at left.

- Status: Propsearch says under development, Royal Estates says completed, a freehold-dxb search results (2026-09-30) says cancelled in the DLD register, and reviews say not handed over.
- Completion: Propsearch gives Q4 2016, Binayah gives August 2019, and reviews say it is still unfinished.
- Developer names differ slightly (Habiba Real Estate on an old 2007 forum post vs Arabia Group Investment).
- Reviews cover 'Moon Tower' on Google; 4 of 11 are jokes or non-resident remarks about the Moon and not counted as tower reviews.
