- Handover: Propsearch and Dubaiproperties.pro say Q1 2028; ERE Homes says Mar 2028 (consistent with Q1 2028).
- Area: Propsearch says Dubai Islands (Deira); Doment says Palm Deira; Doment driving times and nearby places (Dubai Marina/JLT, metro 0.19 km) do not match Dubai Islands and look wrong.
- Starting price: Dubaiproperties.pro page says from USD 598,592 in the page body but a search results says from AED 2.1 mln (roughly consistent with USD 598,592 at about 3.67 AED/USD).
