- Unit size: Binayah and Christie's give a minimum of about 870 sq ft, while one June 2026 sale record shows a 654 sq ft 2-bed in Building 01.
- Payment plan: Binayah gives '70/30' while its own breakdown (and other sites) shows 20% deposit, 50% during construction, 30% at handover.
- Pricing: one April 2026 sale record shows AED 1.39k per sq ft for a 2-bed of 2,397 sq ft, far below other records (about AED 2.2k to 2.4k per sq ft).
