Dubai Immo shows 20% on reservation, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. La Foret mentions a 70/30 split. These are broadly consistent, but La Foret warns that individual releases may differ.
- Dubai Islands beach length differs: Binayah says 20 km of Blue Flag beaches and 60 km of waterfront, while Dubai Immo says about ten kilometres of white sandy beaches.
