Read on 11 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Sources disagree: the Mavrix page shows 20/40/40 with no post-handover, while Dubai Homes Online shows 20/36/8/36 with 36 months post-handover. The developer page (30% / 50% / 70%) does not add to 100 and was not used as a plan, and its AED 1.34M starting price conflicts with the AED 3.7M on Mavrix, so confirm the current plan with the developer.

Mortgage: what Sky Livings by Peace Homes costs a month
