- Dubricks lists the building as 5 storeys with a 'G+5' elevation in the unit details, which could mean 6 levels.
- A datahabibi search results says 140 units, while Royal Estates says the complex has six buildings. Neither confirms the unit count of Florence 1 itself.
- The Google place 'Tuscan residence Florence 1' may cover the wider complex. The 10 reviews are treated as about this tower, with the caveat that 1 review (2023-04) is partly about a restaurant downstairs.

- Residents and building facts: Google Maps reviews and guide pages (dubricks.com, live adverts: community guide, mcconeproperties.com, propertydigger.com, propsearch.ae), read by an AI model on 21 Oct 2026 with a fixed question list. A script checks that each answer names its source.
