- Alfirouz search results calls Mirabella an apartment building, while Propsearch and a guide describe a row of 16 three-storey townhouses.
- UAE Property Checker page says 100% complete and handed over, but a search results from the same site says it is tracking behind the official schedule.
- Several reviews (2022-08, 2019-03, 2025-01) do not describe living in the tower: one says it is a row of houses and questions the review, one describes the Mirabella/Palm area as a holiday and residential area, and one just says nice place for visiting. Only 3 of 6 give an experience of living there.
