Read on 11 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Only one source states a plan, and it conflicts with itself: its payment plan field says 10/40/50 while its FAQ text says 50/50. The handover is also unclear: source 3 says Q1 2026, source 2 says Q4 2026 and source 1 says to be announced. The same source lists a starting price of AED 1,142,000 against AED 1,399,000 and AED 1,420,000 in the others, so it may be stale. Confirm the plan and handover date with the developer before relying on them.
