Mortgage: what Azizi Riviera Reve Tower 1 costs a month

The tower is off-plan. A bank can lend at most 50% of the price of an off-plan home, and most buyers use the loan for the payment at handover. The rate starts at 3.99%, the most common 3-year fixed rate in two bank comparison lists dated 5 October 2026. Fixed rates in those lists run from 3.75% to 4.69%.
