Read on 11 Oct 2026 from broker and developer pages. A script checked that each plan adds to 100% and that the words are in the source. Plans change: the sale contract is the only binding version. On top of the price you pay the 4% Land Department fee and the registration fees. Sources agree on a 20% down payment and about 40% post-handover, but split the first 60% differently and give handover dates from Q2 to Q4 2026, so confirm the exact schedule and handover with the developer's sales offer before committing.

Resale and off-plan prices by bedroom

Resale = a completed home sold on. Off-plan = a home sold before the tower is complete, by the developer or by an earlier buyer (a Land Department "delayed sell").
