JVC District 10
District 10 has 127 buildings and villa groups on our list. 94 are completed and 19 are off-plan. It had 2,189 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,467 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 1,000,000. The gross yield on that price is 7.2%.
Bloom Towers is in District 10. One published source says it has three buildings and over 900 units.
JVC District 11
District 11 has 124 buildings and villa groups on our list. 85 are completed and 20 are off-plan. It had 1,527 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,478 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 960,000. The gross yield on that price is 7.3%.
A Nakheel release places the Circle Mall mosque in District 11. One published source also lists small groups of villas or houses in District 11.
JVC District 12
District 12 has 110 buildings and villa groups on our list. 75 are completed and 18 are off-plan. It had 1,149 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,400 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 1,047,500. The gross yield on that price is 6.7%.
Nakheel's townhouses are in District 12. Emirates Gardens is in District 12, one published source says.
JVC District 13
District 13 has 99 buildings and villa groups on our list. 74 are completed and 15 are off-plan. It had 1,957 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,529 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 988,000. The gross yield on that price is 7.1%.
Bijada Boulevard South is in District 13. It is the only street name inside JVC that we could confirm.
JVC District 14
District 14 has 93 buildings and villa groups on our list. 70 are completed and 15 are off-plan. It had 1,706 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,610 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 1,207,249. The gross yield on that price is 6.6%.
One published source lists small groups of villas or houses in District 14.
JVC District 15
District 15 has 80 buildings and villa groups on our list. 66 are completed and 12 are off-plan. It had 1,139 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,400 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 900,000. The gross yield on that price is 7.9%.
Seasons Community is in District 15. One published source says it has 677 apartments and 13 townhouses. One published source places Circle Mall in District 15. A Nakheel release places the Circle Mall mosque in District 11. The sources disagree.
JVC District 16
District 16 has 28 buildings and villa groups on our list. 23 are completed and 4 are off-plan. It had 630 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,541 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 1,000,000. The gross yield on that price is 7.2%.
Nakheel's two-bedroom villas are in District 16, at the north end of JVC. OpenStreetMap places District 16 at 25.0712 N, 55.2109 E.
JVC District 17
District 17 has 35 buildings and villa groups on our list. 14 are completed and 10 are off-plan. It had 471 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,437 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 897,500. The gross yield on that price is 8.9%.
JVC District 18
District 18 has 25 buildings and villa groups on our list. 14 are completed and 7 are off-plan. It had 588 sales in 12 months. Apartments sold for a median of AED 1,474 per sq ft. A completed 1-bed sold for a median of AED 1,280,000. The gross yield on that price is 6.2%.

Where the villas, townhouses and Circle Mall are
Villas are in District 16 and the centre. Townhouses are in District 12. Apartment buildings fill most other plots.
- Centre. 90 four-bedroom Nakheel villas, called Circle Villas, stand in a ring around the main park.
- District 16. Nakheel's two-bedroom villas are here, at the north end.
- District 12. Nakheel's townhouses are here.
- Districts 11, 14 and 15. One published source also lists small groups of villas or houses in these districts.
- Circle Mall. One published source places the mall in District 15. A Nakheel release places the Circle Mall mosque in District 11. The sources disagree. The mall is not at the centre of the circle.
- Named groups. Seasons Community is in District 15. Bloom Towers is in District 10. Emirates Gardens is in District 12, one published source says.
- Number of districts. The list used by Propsearch has nine districts, numbered 10 to 18. Khaleej Times says six. One published source says 18. We could not confirm why the list starts at 10.
